We are immediately seeking a Client Service Director (f/m/d) for our Berlin office.

About the Role

• Lead and mentor a dedicated Client Service team, overseeing the strategic direction and successful delivery of two key clients with focus on packaging
• Drive strategic client development and cultivate long-term, high-value relationships, proactively identifying growth opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Oversee the development of compelling proposals and strategic presentations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities and providing ultimate oversight for project budgets and timelines
• Collaborate strategically with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative, effective, and results-driven campaigns that surpass client expectations.

About You

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in strategic business principles
• Minimum of years of progressive experience in client service, account management, or strategic leadership roles, with at least 5 years operating at a senior leadership level within a fast-paced agency environment. You possess a proven track record of managing and significantly growing complex, high-value client portfolios and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
• Native fluency in German and/or English (verbally & written) 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing, negotiating, and presenting. You inspire teams, foster collaboration, and articulate strategic vision with clarity and conviction
• Experienced with design projects in agency environments as well as clients with focus on packaging
• A relentless client-centric focus, dedicated to building enduring partnerships and consistently exceeding client expectations by identifying and addressing their strategic business needs
• A profound passion for design, creativity, and innovative marketing solutions, with the ability to strategically guide and champion creative work that drives client success
