Your Role
- Help the office management team (for Munich, Berlin & Paris, but constantly growing)
- Help implementing, maintaining and updating our office management processes and guidelines
- Closely collaborate with our people team to ensure an inspiring and productive environment at arive where everyone feels great (Feel Good Management)
- Train individuals to ensure a consistent approach across the team and develop a positive and proactive team culture
- Project manage office relocations, expansions and renovations in Europe
- Help managing the full spectrum of facility management with your team, this includes procurement, reception, maintenance, mail and courier services, print and records room, stationery, interior design, administration tasks, travel & event planning, team meetings, food & beverage, parking allocation, door access and other office services needs
- Be the first point of contact for requests
- Help to ensure security & health standards are maintained according to agreed policies and procedures (emergency action plans, risk assessments, first aid etc.)

Your Profile
- First experience in office management, hotel business or similar is a plus
- Great team player
- Great administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service orientation & the ability to excite and inspire people
- Distinct communication & time management skills
- Excellent German & English language skills
