REVENUE MANAGEMENT INTERN (full time) Berlin/ remote Duration: 6 months **THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER** As Revenue Management Intern, you will be part of the Revenue Management team, which oversees TIER's B2C revenue and how we monetize our user base through Pricing and Incentive Strategies. The Revenue Management team is part of TIER's Global Growth Swarm, in charge of growing, retaining and monetizing our rider base. You will: - Help drive the development & implementation of TIER's pricing & monetisation strategy in the Northern American markets (USA) - Work with the regional teams to define and implement the PAYG pricing and commercial offering portfolio (packages, subscriptions, vouchers, etc.) - Set up monitoring processes to understand and measure the impact of your monetisation initiatives - Share learnings & best practices across markets and with the wider company YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - A record of strong academic achievement, in the process of completing or already completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field - Data driven mentality, strong analytical skills and sound business judgment - Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, Looker as a plus - Great interpersonal skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment - Curious in nature and excited to change mobility for good - Fluency in English GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM The Revenue Management team consists of highly ambitious characters with backgrounds from different industries, including but not limited to gaming, mobility, and consulting.
