To reinforce our team, we are looking for: Office Manager / Intern / Trainee (m/f/d) in Berlin Your Responsibilities You will support the executive management, including assistant duties, ongoing scheduling, general research tasks, and taking dictations – in both German and English. You will be responsible for correspondence with our international offices, both by phone and email. You will coordinate appointments and meetings. You will be supported by 2–3 other office staff members (m/f/d) and will coordinate various day-to-day tasks for executive management. Your Profile You have successfully completed your training or studies. You possess strong management and planning skills, are highly organized, and capable of multitasking. You are a team player and apply your intercultural competencies confidently in daily work. You demonstrate high resilience and flexibility and maintain a calm demeanor even on stressful workdays. You are fluent in German and English, and have excellent MS Office skills.
