a Our client a **leading Multinational Financial Services Company **requires Contract Financial Administrator for Part - Time daily rate role for 6 - 12 month position based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

You will need to be available to be onsite 3 days per week.

**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of the role are below:

- Working with vendors to ensure necessary documentation is completed
- Managing tax forms for processing invoices with accounts payable
- Working with the annual cert team to ensure all tax forms required are up to date in the system
- Monitoring finance inbox for incoming invoices and ensuring all information is accurate before submission to the International Expense team
- Monitor the submission of invoices for payment
- Downloading Invoices paid but not received from IRISweb
- Initiate escalations for overdue invoices to avoid debt collection and dunning action at a local court
- Processing local invoices e.g. tax/electricity
- Create weekly & monthly paid list for Deloitte

**Qualifications**:

- Financial background an advantage
- Fluency in German
- Experience of working in an international financial services business preferably within Banking
- Works well within a team.
- Confident communicator at all levels in the organisation with good influencing skills
- Intuitive, fast learner.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with a team structure.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good time management & organisational skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

- Frankfurt am Main: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
