**Overview**:

- ** We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria**.**:

- Salary: € 55,000 - € 80,000 gross per year with willingness to overpay
- Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)
- Part-time or full-time possible (28 - 40 hours per week)

**Tasks**:

- Monitoring and conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for new and existing customers
- Identifying and reporting suspicious transactions
- Advising and training internal teams on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) / KYC requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

**Your profile**:

- Completed degree in Economics, Law, or a related field
- Extensive experience in the AML / KYC field
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the regulated financial sector is a plus
- Interest in the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) and FinTech industry, as well as its regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused work approach
