**About us**:
21X aims to become **one of the first European DLT exchanges.**

21X is a Frankfurt-based **fintech **and is in the process of being authorised as a financial institution that will launch the first ESMA-licensed, **blockchain-based exchange **under the EU DLT Regulation - DLTR.

We are a **global team** of **experts **in capital markets, digital assets and public blockchains.

**Overview**:

- ** We are only accepting applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.**:

- Salary: € 45,000 - € 60,000 gross per annum with willingness to overpay
- Up to 100% REMOTE possible, Flexible working hours
- Full or part-time possible (28 - 40 hours per week)

**Tasks**:

- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs within the DLT and TSS sectors.
- Conduct risk analyses and assist with adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Assist with internal audits and the preparation of compliance reports.
- Monitor transactions and help identify compliance violations.

**Your profile**:

- A completed degree in economics, law, or a related field.
- Some experience in the compliance field, ideally in finance or the DLT/Blockchain industry (internships or working student positions are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Interest in the DLT and financial technology sector as well as regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a solution-oriented work style.
