**Overview**:

- ** We are only accepting applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.**:

- Salary: € 45,000 - € 60,000 gross per annum with willingness to overpay
- Up to 100% REMOTE possible, Flexible working hours
- Full or part-time possible (28 - 40 hours per week)

**Tasks**:

- Dealing with different legal systems (Austrian, German, Liechtenstein laws)
- Supervision of all legal matters of the stock exchange
- Support for legal customer care (e.g. customer onboarding)
- Research activities on national and international legal issues
- Analysing the capital market and regulatory issues
- Interface to AML and compliance, law firms, services at the stock exchange

**Your profile**:

- Degree in law or business law from a European university
- 1 year of professional experience in the field of corporate law
- Experience in the financial industry is an advantage
- Sound legal and technical knowledge of crypto assets and digital crypto technology required, professional experience in the field an advantage
- Excellent research skills
- Self-initiative, accuracy and the ability to explain legal issues in a way that is understandable to non-lawyers
- Fluency in German and English
