Wen wir suchen

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen talentierten Kommunikations-Designer (m/d/w) mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing und Branding. Du hast ein Auge für Layout, Struktur, Typografie und Farbe und triffst alle Entscheidungen für die Markenidentität im Einklang mit unserem Corporate Design. Als Teil unseres engagierten Kreativteams bringst du frische Ideen und Perspektiven für die Gestaltung unserer digitalen Marketingkanäle mit ein. Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung von digitalen Kommunikations
- und Designkonzepten für unsere Landingpages und Social Media Kanäle
- Konzeptionelle und visuelle Umsetzung von Multi-Channel-Kampagnen, Landing Pages, Corporate Design, Websites und Video-Content mit der Adobe Creative Cloud und Figma
- Erstellung von Assets, Infografiken und kurzen Produktvideos für unsere Social Media Kanäle, insbesondere Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und Youtube
- Erstellung von digitalen Guidelines und Präsentationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Design-Kolleg: innen, sowie Stakeholdern aus anderen Teams wie Marketing, Content, Social Media und Produktdesign um ein einheitliches Produkterlebnis zu schaffen, Probleme gemeinsam zu lösen und die Design-Ergebnisse stetig zu verbessern

Unsere Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Grafik-, Kommunikations
- oder Mediendesign
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder einem Startup
- Head-on Mentalität
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit allen Stakeholdern
- Gutes Zeitmanagement für die Umsetzung effektiver Designlösungen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
