**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly creative Communication Designer to join our Marketing Design team. As a Communication Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning, on-brand marketing materials that capture the essence of our brand and communicate key messages to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing ads that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Produce high-quality and engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Customising the designs to the interests of target audiences.
- Take part in big brand projects and make a significant contribution to the art direction of brand campaigns.
- Produce visually stunning illustrations that align with the brand's messaging and values.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team, copywriters, fellow designers, and other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategise communication approaches.
- Test and refine creative concepts based on data, research and insights.
- Ensure adherence to all design best-practices and fundamentals.

**Requirements**:

- You’re a creative designer with 4+ years of experience in a design-related role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- You have a rich portfolio demonstrating your talent, thought and design processes.
- You have in depth knowledge of recognised design industry tools and platforms (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
- You have strong drawing skills and the ability to create illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
- You understand the power of concept and storytelling. You know a big idea when you see one and can bring it to life with impeccable taste, craftsmanship and a razor-sharp attention to detail across a broad spectrum of brand experiences.
- You are passionate about design, highly creative, and always looking for innovative ways to approach marketing campaigns.
- Awareness of the graphic design industry and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight and frequently changing deadlines.
- You're a team player with excellent communication skills who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Being fluent in German is a big plus.
