In a nutshell

- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: 1000 EUR / month
- The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Gather communications information from key internal stakeholders to update the annual internal and external communications calendar with relevant dates and deadlines and coordinate their delivery
- Support the Communications Manager with the project management of ad-hoc tasks such as guest list management, invitation briefs, content plans etc.
- Support with research tasks
- Develop comprehensive briefing documents for senior leadership on key internal and external events
- General administrative support of the department

Experience & Mindset
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus
- Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
- Great understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive team member who shows initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote
- Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
