**Responsibilities**:

- Derive, define, and drive the global commodity strategy in close alignment with our business in the dimensions of Availability, Productivity, Technology & Innovation, Quality and Sustainability (ESG)
- Lead our global cross-functional commodity team program
- Enable and lead the way for a SCM network that is characterized by delivering exceptional result, collaboration, information exchange and trust
- Engage and interact with the members of the global executive leadership team, the management teams of the hubs as well as the global Yunex Traffic Procurement organization and it's cross-functions, to align on strategic direction, enable cross-functional and cross-business collaboration and contribute to global programs and initiatives with a clear focus on finding the right strategy and tactics in a VUCA world whilst still maximizing savings
- Become a trusted advisor to managers around the organization on SCM related risks, opportunities, and challenges
- Deliver targeted results on Procurement Volume, Productivity, ESG requirements and other related KPIs
- Be a role model for professional and responsible procurement, proactively lead the transformation of the organization and workforce, especially with regards to digitalization, innovation from the supply chain, diversity, required skill set of staff etc.
- As a member of our global Yunex Traffic Procurement leadership team, you will contribute to the overall setup, strategy, and development of the Yunex Traffic’s Procurement function

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- University degree in either engineering or business administration
- Long-term experience as an SCM professional in international leadership positions
- Excellent communication skills to master communication in all situations, with diverse personalities and communication styles, the diversity of ideas, opinions, experiences coming from different individuals to staff teams in a way that creates best results
- Facilitates and fosters a cooperative approach in his/her unit and beyond it, creates an environment that fosters sharing of information and knowledge
- Builds and effectively leverages internal and external network beyond own organizational unit
- Inspires and motivates others to contribute to common goals and to step out of comfort zones
- Excellent knowledge of the English and German language in spoken and written
