We are seeking a team-orientated and highly motivated **Data Manager**(M/F/d) **full time** to join the QIMA Monasterium team in Münster, Germany.

The main responsibility of this post is to provide technical support for laboratory management under the supervision of the Lab Manager.

**The tasks include**:

- Performing Hair follicle and skin organ culture
- Fixation and embedding of tissue
- Preparing Cryo and paraffin sections
- Performing various immunohistochemical stains and molecular biology techniques for the establishment and validation of these methods
- Use of immunofluorescence and light microscopy
- Performing image analysis, using various programs (e.g. BZ-Analyzer, BZ viewer and ImageJ)
- General organization of the lab, including includes forward planning regarding equipment and materials required, overseeing and maintaining the stock of lab and other consumables.
- Collaborating with other departments or research teams for interdisciplinary projects.
- Planning and implementing lab improvements to optimize workflows and efficiency.
- Handling procurement processes, including ordering and receiving lab supplies
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems encountered during experimental procedures
- Overseeing the calibration and maintenance of lab instruments and equipment
- Managing laboratory waste disposal in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of data and results to project stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of Computer Skills and Microsoft Office
- Experience in biological research laboratories and with laboratory techniques
- Sound knowledge of English (Company language: English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good coordination, time management, data collection and analysis
- Flexibility
