**Job responsibilities of company clerk**:
Working time：MON-FRI,8 working hours/day ，from 9AM to 6pm,one hour off during the noon time.
1. Use computer and scanner to scan and upload received letters on time and send them to other branches. Ensure timely and accurate uploading of letters.
2. Review and spot check the documents and materials submitted by other branches on computer, and reject any non-conforming materials.
3. When there are urgent or important questions that need to be answered, call the relevant french government agencies (tax bureau, recycling agency, etc.) to obtain a response from the government agencies.
4. Perform a series of processing and operations on the company's system, complete the processing and submission of relevant documents.
**qualifications：**
1. Able to use French as the working language，B2 Level at least.native speaker better.
2. Able to use English or German or Chinese as the working language，B2 Level at least.native speaker better.
3. Patient and meticulous, diligent and responsible in work, and upright in character
4. Priority will be given to those who have worked in environmental protection or recycling institutions, financial or tax or law business, or in any one of those major.
