The role will act as the primary HR contact for DACH teams the role will require regular in-person interaction with teams in our Dusseldorf office. **Responsibilities** - Primary liaison for people managers, offering guidance, coaching, resource identification, and HR coordination, ensuring effective team leadership and support. - Works alongside Strategy Advisors and COEs, delivering information, resources, and updates to businesses, and identifying areas where new programs may need to be designed - Serves as an advisor to people managers at all levels in matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement, culture, and leadership matters. - Supports talent review process, ensuring managers understand the steps and complete activities - Identifies capability gaps in current workforce and sets strategies to help address future needs by partnering with the COEs - Coach managers and individual contributors on performance management issues and create/deploy performance improvement plans **Skills/Competencies** - 3+ years working in HR partnership within a professional environment - Proven experience with conflict resolution and coaching people managers at all levels to drive success on teams - Proven experience providing HR counsel and a full range of support services (HR compliance, performance management, policy implementation, termination, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and coaching, change management facilitation, etc.) to people managers at all levels - Experience planning and implementing HR programs and initiatives, working with cross-functional HR /Partner teams - Fluent in German and English **Salary Range Transparency** Dusseldorf 62,000 - 84,000 EUR per year **Salary Range Disclaimer** The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
