Our client is a leading international manufacturer of specialty chemicals, developing innovative products for a wide range of industries worldwide. HR Project & Transformation Coordinator – Chief of Staff to CHRO (m/f/x) This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a pivotal moment in our customer's journey. Following a Private Equity acquisition, they are entering a period of significant transformation across both the business and the HR function. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will take on a role with two core dimensions: Driving and structuring HR transformation initiatives in partnership with the company's global Transformation Office. Serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO , acting as her/his trusted representative, advisor, and operational right hand. Your experience Several years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, consulting, strategy, or analytics, ideally in Private Equity-backed or rapidly changing environments. Proven track record managing global, cross-functional projects with analytical complexity. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, modeling, dashboards). Strong experience working with KPIs, HR metrics, compensation/financial data, and translating numerical insights into business recommendations. High proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations that simplify complexity and tell a clear story. Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required; German language skills are highly desired. Prior experience supporting senior executives (e.g., Chief of Staff, EA to C-suite, business partner) is a plus. Your competencies Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable with data, numbers, and structuring quantitative insights. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with senior leaders across functions. Change management expertise (Prosci certification or equivalent desirable). Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Culturally savvy and able to work effectively in a global environment. Interested?
