Aufgaben
As a Founder’s Associate, you are the right hand of the founders. You will be supporting day-to-day activities and leading your projects in GTM, business development, operations, fundraising, or marketing. You are the right fit if you enjoy:
️ ️ Getting to work as a team - build cross-functional solid relationships, align on what to do, why, and when. You help remove blockers and communicate progress to the broader company
- Figuring out solutions and priorities - structure complex and ambiguous problems to understand their impact, trade offs, and requirements. Ensure stakeholders make informed decisions on scope and priorities
- Understanding the customers - make sure that the customers' needs are reflected in all our actions and processes
- Delivering impact - join in on a constant process of learning and improving by getting things done and measuring impact
**In a nutshell**: By joining Oaks, you will help build a brand-new product, co-design growth processes, and shape a young company’s culture.
Qualifikation
What we are looking for
- ️ You have first work experience in demanding, fast-paced startup environments (e.g., high-growth startups, Venture Capital, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.)
- You are inspired by a culture of transparency, high-performance, impact, and learning
- You have the willingness to to collaborate with others from your team to develop our product and solve challenging problems
- You take full ownership of your projects and wish to proactively drive the startup’s growth
- You have robust (C1/native) written & verbal communication skills in German and English and are able to use those for effective stakeholder management
