**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the People Operations team, leadership team, and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment
- Manage and implement talent acquisition process improvement
- Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Champion DEI&B hiring initiatives in partnership with our People & Culture team

**Requirements**:

- Experience with full-cycle tech recruiting and sourcing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, TA partner, TA lead (as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- You have great verbal and written communication skills in English and great interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for tech roles across multiple locations
- You are able to work independently while also being a collaborative, team player
- You know how to project manage and plan your day, and you have attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with talent management systems
