**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Payroll Intern, you will support our Payroll and People Operations team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects, including:
- Assisting in preparing monthly payroll data across multiple European countries
- Coordinating with local payroll providers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the verification of payroll inputs and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Helping maintain employee records and ensuring data consistency in HRIS
- Participating in payroll-related audits and process improvements
- Assisting in the administration of benefits, tax documentation, and statutory requirements
**Your Profile**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Interest in payroll, HR operations, and international labor regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data confidentially
- Comfortable working with Excel and HR systems (experience with SAP, Workday, or similar is a plus)
- Fluent in English; German and/or other European languages are an asset
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
