The role presents a great opportunity to build on existing resourcing practices, ensuring success at a crucial time for the Sponge Group as it commences on the next phase of the journey
**Main** **responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand resourcing needs and how these fit with and workforce supply and demand methods.
- Ensure the most appropriate talent attraction techniques are in place to have a constant pool of exceptional talent.
- Working with the People Partner, Recruitment Partner and Learning Partner to ensure that we have effective talent planning practices in place and that there is a clear connection and understanding of internal supply potential and any demand risks/requirements
- Ensure ATS (Greenhouse) is utilised fully - including the reporting of recruitment management information.
- Experience running end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Have pride in representing Sponge Group and helping engage with the best talent in the market

**Required experience, skills, and attributes**:

- Knowledge of the German / Benelux employment market is desirable
- Previous experience working in a senior recruitment role or Business Partner.
- Have a comprehensive understanding/practical knowledge of the full recruitment cycle inc hiring of contractors and IR35
- A natural at using Applicant Tracking Systems & databases.
- Ability to understand, research and stay at the forefront of the latest attraction methods
- Be an enthusiastic, commercially astute individual with a genuine passion for finding your team the very best talent.
- If you're studying CIPD (or equivalent) that's amazing but not essential for this role
- Strong influencer
- Ability to self-manage and work to targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Location - Hybrid (Location Bristol, Edinburgh, or Plymouth)**
We offer a mix of home and office working because we believe both are necessary for a high performing team. We know you need some time to concentrate and avoid constant commuting, so homeworking is essential, but we also feel face-to-face time is important too.
We work in a Hybrid way with ideally 2 days per week in the office and the rest of the week worked remotely. We offer flexible working options also to help find the right work-life balance for you.
We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol, Plymouth, Edinburgh, and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
