As part of the People Department, you will partner with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. ***WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Actively work towards scaling diverse and qualified departments driven by a strong culture
- Partner with hiring managers and business partners to identify talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines
- Leverage your external and our internal networks and develop recruitment strategies to find, attract and engage the best talent for our Operations Team to contribute to Trade Republic's success
- Make data work for you by analyzing recruitment data and help make better hiring decisions
- Use social media for proactive recruitment and build talent community across Europe

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Relevant experience (Graduate to Head Level) in recruiting and scaling teams sustainably in hyper-growth
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talents
- Self driven personality who takes ownership and prioritizes added value in order to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
- Curiosity and an analytical approach to recruitment
- Fluent English language skills
