- You will lead the Team 'Load and Safety' with currently 13 experts for the assessment of loads and safety topics within the certification of wind turbines
- You are responsible for managing the assigned employees in accordance with the TÜV NORD GROUP code of values and for ensuring a sustainable and benevolent working environment
- You continuously ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational processes within your team
- You initiate and monitor the economic provision of services in line with a consistent utilisation of resources
- You are responsible for planning, controlling, and analysing deviations from the plan and for ensuring a continuous improvement process
- You support the professional qualification of assigned cluster employees from other TÜV NORD companies
- You actively participate in the further development of the Cluster 'Certification Renewables'

**This is what we expect**:

- Completed studies in physics, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering
- Extensive experience in the field of load calculation of wind turbines
- Knowledge of the certification of wind turbines
- Knowledge of the background and methods of load calculation: mechanics, control engineering, aero
- and hydrodynamics, stochastics
- Good general knowledge in the field of wind energy: design methods for components, site suitability, market requirements
- Knowledge of certification guidelines
- Willingness to work analytically, project management competence and leadership qualities
- Commitment, self-motivation and will to succeed
- Reliability and integrity
- Leadership experience desirable
- Confident, friendly, and diplomatic appearance, experience in customer contact
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics independently
- Fluent negotiation skills in English
- Class B/3 driving licence
