- The role

As a BI Team Lead, you will be joining an international, cross-functional team who are constantly improving the way we manage our supply chain and other key operations. As part of your responsibilities, you will focus on different parts of our operational life cycle, interact with stakeholders across different continents to solve their problems by leveraging the latest technology and collaborating with a team of like-minded, driven and talented data professionals.

What you’ll do
- Own and manage analytics projects that allow our business stakeholders to gain valuable insights to support decision making. Guide the team in all planning efforts and resolving blockers and risks.
- Leverage your leadership skills to build partnerships with key areas of the organization and help solve their most pressing business challenges with data. Further develop the mandate of your team based on the business needs and environment.
- Foster a culture of excellence while mentoring analysts in their development of project management, stakeholder management, and technical skills.
- Deliver your results with professional communications, using the appropriate channels and formats depending on the audience of stakeholders in all levels.

What you’ll bring
- You have 6+ years of experience working in a data analytics function. Experience in a Supply Chain and Procurement environment is a plus.
- You have first experience leading an analytics team or parts of its members. You know what it takes to develop talent and establish high standards.
- You have worked with SQL, Python, and a BI tool to visualize data sets (we use Tableau).
- You are ambitious to solve business problems and are able to translate them into analytical initiatives (from requirements creation until insights delivery).
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
