Job-integrated Master: Global Program Office & BMP Finance Team (M/F/d), Allianz

**TASKS**
- Support overarching program organization and preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders
- Follow-up on agreed todos and facilitate completion in a pragmatic way
- Support in identification, problem solving and progress tracking of critical topics
- Ad hoc support on selected topics (BMP Financials, Risk Governance, Progress Tracking, Dashboard, Governance, PMO etc.)
**PROFILE**
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related fields
- Previous internship in financial service industry or consulting is a plus
- Very good computer literacy (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, intercultural skills and “can do” attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively and accurately in a high pressure environment
- Experience in managing different stakeholders and expectations
- Very good English skills (at least C1), German is a plus
