**TASKS**
- Administer and enhance our ERP and billing systems (e.g. NetSuite) while ensuring stability, functionality, and end-to-end system integrity
- Act as 1st Level Support for internal users, do troubleshooting and provide training.
- Serve as first point of contact for finance tool-related inquiries
- Configure and optimize system modules related to finance, billing, and reporting, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Ensure legal compliance and state-of-the-art tec stack
- Develop and maintain dashboards and structured reports to enable data-driven decisions
- Lead and support the implementation of finance-related IT projects, including integrations, migrations and process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP best practices and updates

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- First experiences with billing, financial processes, or software administration are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Very good English skills (at least C1, German is a plus)
