**You will**
- Pro-actively bring in your own ideas and expertise for process improvements such as automation and digitalization projects
- Be part of the local People Lead (HR Business Partner) Team and support with day-to-day business
- Take and share responsibility for different projects
- Work on eye-level with your colleagues and manager as well as benefit from their coaching, experience and expertise
- Collaborate with various business functions, locally and internationally

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master studies in human resources, business informatics or social
- or economic sciences
- Technical savvy
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Trustworthiness/ confidential working style
- MS Office - high proficiency level
- Fluency in German and English language
- Basic knowledge of German Labour Law is a plus
