- You will- Pro-actively bring in your own ideas and expertise for process improvements such as automation and digitalization projects- Be part of the local People Lead (HR Business Partner) Team and support with day-to-day business- Take and share responsibility for different projects- Work on eye-level with your colleagues and manager as well as benefit from their coaching, experience and expertise- Collaborate with various business functions, locally and internationally
- Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master studies in human resources, business informatics or social
- or economic sciences- Technical savvy- Strong analytical skills- Strong organisational and communication skills- Trustworthiness/ confidential working style- MS Office - high proficiency level- Fluency in German and English language- Basic knowledge of German Labour Law is a plus
