- We are looking for a **Finance Strategy Lead** to support our ambitious growth plans and join our journey to expand the frontier of scientific and technological progress with quantum computers.
- In this role, you’ll be a key member of the CFO’s leadership team. You’ll work directly with the CFO to keep priorities clear, projects moving, and communication flowing — both within Finance and across the company. This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you will help run the daily business of Finance while contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of the company.
- What will I be doing?
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CFO in planning, prioritization, and decision-making
- Organize and coordinate the Finance leadership team’s activities and ensure accountability on key priorities
- Manage planning cycles, track strategic projects, and lead cross-functional coordination
- Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and internal leadership discussions
- Drive or support projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and organizational development
- Keep Finance, Legal, HR, and Business teams aligned on cross-functional work
- Lead internal reporting, communication, and change management initiatives
- What skills do I need?
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or executive-level support
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Finnish or German is a plus
- What skills are nice to have?
- Previous experience working directly with C-level executives, as Chief of Staff or as a Finance Strategy Lead
- Experience in high-growth or technology companies
- Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or process improvement methodologies
- Experience in cross-functional roles working with Legal, HR, or Business teams
