**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
In this position - reporting into the Head of Group Finance Strategy and Transformation
- you will
/ Identify areas for improvement in TRATON's finance processes addressing efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy.
/ Support the development of the TRATON Finance strategy in alignment with Brand Finance Strategies and align roadmap for common finance projects
/ Drive and support the alignment among Corporate and Brand Finance Functions on important strategic initiatives and projects
/ Be part and respectively support projects in the context of the Finance Strategy (e.g. TRATON Financial Framework, Planning Process, GenAI Activities in Finance)
/ Support an improved Governance for the Finance organization across the Group
/ Drive and support the improvement of processes and methods across Finance
**YOUR SKILLS**:
/ Master's Degree in Economics with major in Finance and Strategy
/ Financial expert with profound experience - at least 5 years of professional experience - in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting
/ Solid and proven operative and method, process, and system experience within the Finance environment
/ proven experience in managing complex projects
/ Experience in different functions int the transactional finance and accounting system, as well as international experience
/ Fluency in English
