Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n zahlenaffine/n HR Specialist Reporting, Interfaces and Projects. - oder Teilzeit zu besetzen und zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet, auch als Berufseinsteiger nach erfolgreicher Ausbildung oder Studium in einem dynamischen, international tätigen, weltmarktführenden Hightech Umfeld.
**Aufgaben**:
- Unterstützung von HR Operation/HRIS (HR Information Systems) Projekten und des HR Project Lead Operations & Payroll im Tagesgeschäft
- Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken sowie Kontrollen im Sinne eines lokalen HR Controllings
- Betreuung der Schnittstelle, u.a. zwischen HR und Finance sowie internationalen und nationalen HR Systemen (Workday, SAP)
- Erstellung von Reports zur der Datenqualität in den HR Informationssystemen
- Support im Bereich der Berechnungen tariflicher Vergütungen
**Du bringst mit**:
- Relevantes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, gerne erste Berührungspunkte mit der Entgeltabrechnung und Controlling
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- Offenheit gegenüber sich ändernden Anforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP HCM
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
