Für unser HR Services & Payroll Team in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt befristet bis zum 31.12.2025 einen HR Project Support Specialist (M/F/d) zur Einführung eines neuen Time & Attandence (T&A) Systems für Deutschland.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mitglied im Projektteam zur Einführung des neuen T&A Systems für Deutschland
- Teilnahme an globalen Project Calls
- Unterstützung bei der Definition von Requirements für das neue Tool
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Projektteam und dem globalen Implementation Team während der Implementierungsphase
- Unterstützung in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsräten zwecks Abschlusses von Betriebsvereinbarungen für das neue Tool
- Unterstützung beim Aufsetzen und bei der Dokumentation von Prozessen
- Unterstützung des Projektteams beim Testen des neuen Tools im Rahmen der Implementierung
- Support bei der Fehlerbereinigung des aktuellen T&A Tools Kronos inkl. Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitenden

**Du bringst mit**:

- Bachelor - oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Human Resources oder vergleichbares Studium
- Sichere Anwendung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel
- Kenntniss des deutschen Arbeitszeitgesetzes ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Verbindliches Auftreten und Kommunikationstalent im Umgang mit unseren Mitarbeitenden
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
