- Inside Sales Agent Airfreight (M/F/d)

**Job description**:

- Support and development of existing customers
- Customer acquisition, new customer acquisition and support in the implementation of business
- Obtaining rates
- Identifying possible upselling potential (cross-selling)
- Creating offers via the IT systems used
- Documentation of all customer activities in CRM
- Maintaining and tracking opportunities in CRM
- Carrying out follow-ups
- Scheduling support for field service
- Responsibility for one's own area
- Establishing efficient cooperation with the product, branch manager, operations, BD area and other network partners

**Applicant's profile**:

- Successfully completed vocational training in the logistics environment
- Initial professional experience in the logistics sector (air and/or sea freight)
- Experience in B2B telesales is an advantage
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Good knowledge of the processes in air and sea freight (import and export)
