Airfreight Export Gateway Supervisor Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: Up to €65,000 annually Company: Established Mid-Sized Freight Forwarder About the company: You'll be working for a well-established, mid-sized international freight forwarder with decades of experience delivering reliable forwarding solutions across the globe. Their Frankfurt office serves as a key export gateway for many shipments across the globe The role: You'll oversee a team of six skilled operators, ensuring efficient and compliant air export processes while maintaining the highest service standards for their customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of six air export gateway operators Ensure smooth coordination of export shipments, from start to finish Oversee daily workflow, capacity planning, and performance management Maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, and key customers Drive process improvements and support digitalization initiatives What you bring: Several years of Air Export Gateway experience Experience in mentoring/leading a Gateway team Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Fluent in German and English A proactive, solution-oriented mindset What's on offer: Salary up to €65,000, DOE Stable, long-term position within a reputable forwarding company A Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Interested?
