**Your contribution**:

- You accompany our **transformation **journey by supporting us in the introduction of new processes and tools.
- Carry out **process analyses** and **optimizations **together with the specialist departments and provide support in the development of tool-based solutions.
- Together with your team, you support the **introduction of new processes** and **IT systems** and are responsible for the preparation and creation of training documents.
- You support us in **project management** and work together with different teams in an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental way.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Enrolled in a **bachelor's or master's degree** in the field business **administration, business informatics, computer science** or a comparable course of study
- Some experience in the area of **transformation**, **IT-transformation** or **digitization **or the ambition to gain experience in this area
- Enjoy working in a team and good communication skills
- ** Structured personality** and good organizational skills
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
