As a Working Student in the MarCom team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, specifically focusing on the creation of a multilingual website, and assisting in the development of various marketing collaterals such as flyers, product photos, and brochures. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment while contributing to the growth of our company.

To support our motivated team, we are looking for a **Working Student - Marketing Communication Assistant **to start as **soon as possible.**

**Your tasks**:

- Collaborate with the MarCom team to create and update a website in six languages (German, English, Spanish, Italian, French and Russian)
- Assist in the design and production of marketing collaterals including flyers, product photos, brochures, and other promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders or European subsidiaries to gather necessary information, such as product specifications and relevant content, for marketing materials
- Ensure the website and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintain consistency, and effectively communicate key messages
- Support the team in organizing and executing marketing events, both online and offline, including trade shows, webinars, symposiums and conferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Marketing, to align marketing activities with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and design trends, tools, and technologies to provide creative input and innovative ideas

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline)
- Strong proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
- Additional fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
- Knowledge of website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic photo editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse team members
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to take ownership of assigned projects
- Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
