**Working Student (M/F/d) HR International**

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

- Support our HR International Team in daily operations for the Asia Pacific and MEA India regions, managing administrative tasks, recruitment and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Contribute to the creation of HR documents such as certificates, contracts, and employment references.
- Independently generate monthly reports to meet deadlines and drive necessary processes.
- Maintain our digital personnel files and master data in Success Factors.
- Engage in special projects as needed, demonstrating responsibility and versatility in task management.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

- Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study
- First practical experience in the HR field is advantageous
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills
- Ideally, some experience with SAP Success Factors
- Reliable and flexible availability for 16-20 hours per week
