**Job Description Summary**:
Der Sales Representative (m/w/d) berichtet an den Sales Manager und ist verantwortlich für den proaktiven Verkauf von Bard-Produkten, eine positive Repräsentation der Firma, das Erreichen und Übertreffen der Umsatzziele, die Vergrößerung des Marktanteils und der Marktpräsenz und das Betreuen aller Bard-Produkte in Deutschland.
**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Gewinnung von Neukunden und proaktive Betreuung/Pflege bestehender Kunden im entsprechenden Verkaufsgebiet.
- Durchführung von Produktneueinführungen und Präsentationen bei Kunden, bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und Begleitung der Abschlüsse
- Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie entsprechend des „BD Way of Selling“
- Erstellen von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Steigerung des Umsatzes und des Marktanteils
- Kontaktpflege zu Entscheidungsträgern auf Kundenseite und Meinungsbildnern im Markt
- Unterstützung des Sales Managers mit Trainings und Kundenschulungen
- Repräsentation auf Kongressen und Messen
- Verantwortung für die quantitativen und qualitativen Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresziele (Target und Jährliche Leistungsbeurteilung)
- Erstellung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle des Umsatzbudgets
- Klinische Einweisung des Pflegepersonals
- Präsentation und Koordination von Sitzungen während des Sales Meetings/Round Tables etc.

**Erforderliche Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen**:

- Idealerweise ein Minimum von 3-5 Jahren Sales-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung aus Pharma
- oder Medizintechnikindustrie
- Analytisches Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Kundenservice für das entsprechende Verkaufsgebiet
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitswesen-Marktes, beinhaltend Wettbewerbsanalysen und Trends
- Fähigkeit Sales Strategien und taktische Pläne im Verkaufsgebiet zu implementieren
- Verständnis für Marktdynamik und Geschäftspraktiken
- Eine gute Erfolgsbilanz beim Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Verbrauchern, Kunden und Interessengruppen wird sehr geschätzt.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
