We are currently looking for a Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team in the vibrant city of Berlin_

As our Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Director for Marketing & Admissions to devise and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at attracting international students. You will be responsible for managing relationships with potential applicants, executing recruitment events, and developing compelling content for our social media platforms. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in driving lead generation and converting inquiries into successful enrolments. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you monitor recruitment activities and compile detailed reports, ensuring we continuously improve our processes and outcomes.

**Hours of Work**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Competitive salary of €36,500 per annum.

**Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree is essential; a qualification in marketing or recruitment is desirable.
- Proven expertise in international student recruitment, especially for Germany.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating lead generation campaigns.
- A flexible attitude with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
