Assistant Buyer Westwing Collection

As **Assistant Buyer **for our** Westwing Collection **you will be successfully supporting all the procurement related tasks for the private label **têxtiles** team. Your responsibilities include managing purchase orders, monitoring inbounds, updating budget and providing administrative support through different systems. You will also work closely with vendors and keep track of market trends.This position is located in **Munich **and **unlimited**.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- assisting the têxtiles buying team in all administrative tasks
- updating and keeping track of all purchase orders/ shipments through all implemented systems
- successfully onboard all new suppliers and maintain updated data in our systems to have it available for all stakeholders
- implementing all necessary information for Quality, Category Management, SCM teams
- assisting on all steps of a product launch, including the creation process of our product pictures, briefing, etc.
