Senior Buyer Indirect Purchasing

JOIN OUR TEAM As Senior Buyer Indirect Purchasing, you will join our procurement team and take ownership of managing and optimising our OPEX spend. You will play a leading role in negotiations and tenders, setting new standards in processes and cost optimisation. As a sparring partner to departments across the company, you will provide expertise in procurement, contracts and supplier selection, while driving digitalisation and efficiency improvements. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead negotiations and tenders, setting new standards in procurement processesConduct market and price analyses, and evaluate project-specific enquiries and offersAct as a sparring partner to departments, advising on all matters related to procurement, contracts and supplier selectionDevelop and manage purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goalsIdentify optimisation opportunities and drive forward digitalisation in purchasingEnsure transparency in the purchasing process and guarantee adherence to budgets YOU COME WITH 5+ years of experience in negotiation and contract management, with a focus on cost reductionStrong track record of cost consciousness, especially in negotiations with SaaS providersExperience in change management and process improvementsIndependent working style, hands-on mentality and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levelsFluency in both written and spoken German and English WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
