Our team is looking for a **(Mid level) Product Designer** to help shape the future of Oviva and its products and services whilst closely collaborating with our product managers, software engineers, data scientists and clinical experts.

Oviva is the leading digital healthcare provider for diet and lifestyle-related conditions such as obesity and type 2 diabetes in Europe. Our technology-driven approach is clinically validated in published trials and over 310'000 patients to date to drive better outcomes and massively reduce associated healthcare costs.

Oviva is rapidly expanding in Switzerland, Germany, France and the UK, supported by a new $80m Series financing from leading VCs in September 2021. Our go-to-market strategy is proven, a unique feature for a digital health startup that needs to be scaled rapidly in the next few years to reach our vision to have a meaningful impact in improving patients' health with diabetes and obesity across Europe.

This is an exciting role in our product design team for a seasoned professional. Your goal will be to improve our products and platforms to support our patients and our internal staff to experience better and more digital user journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help shape our digital health products and platforms that scale the human healthcare professional support to reach many more patients while delivering even better medical outcomes.
- Owning the product design process within the cross-functional team from leading design discoveries, communicate insights, developing design concepts and creating high-fidelity prototypes and specifications.
- Support our large team of health coaches and operational staff with excellent products to deliver care more effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining a great user experience.
- Regularly talk to patients, healthcare professionals, operational staff and developers to collect their insights and turn them into solutions that provide customer and business value.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- BS or MS in a Design related degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant product design experience on digital products
- Practical experience in UX research methods - Interviews, shadowing and usability testing
- Have a strong understanding of the product development process, from problem definition through to detailed UI Design
- Strong communication skills, you can clearly communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholder
- A portfolio demonstrating production-ready product design across platforms

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with designing concepts and prototypes with Figma
- Good understanding of behavioural psychology and compulsion loop
- Experience in designing products in the following areas: Health, Fitness and Medical.
