Digital Product Designer

Your mission
- You accompany the value creation and development process of our SaaS solutions and iOS/Android apps in an interdisciplinary product team
- You create mockups, prototypes and pixel perfect user interfaces in all fidelity stages
- Together with product managers and developers, you generate and validate hypotheses and perform product discovery activities
- You analyze user behavior and feedback with common UX research methods and translate the findings into inspiring user experiences
- Together with other designers, you expand our approach to research and design and ensure a consistent product experience
**Profile**:
- Degree in design (e.g. digital design, product design/industrial design, communication design, integral design), HCI, media informatics or psychology.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience as a UX/UI or product designer for digital products (or cf. position)
- You have routine in using industry standard design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Principle and ideally experience in using design systems
- You have experience working with agile methods such as Design Thinking/Design Sprints or Lean UX
- You are eager to work agilely with our development team and have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS as well as data structures and information architecture
- You want to move things forward, are open-minded towards new things and approach your tasks with passion
- You are business fluent in English and have at least a B2 language level in German
