Share your passion to create best-in-class digital products and join our team as Digital Product Designer / Design System Expert (M/F/d).
Tasks
- Be a constant advocate for the end user between the poles of user experience, design systems and its technical implementation.
- Bring existing design systems to the next level, creatively and technically, or develop new ones.
- Ensure the visual quality of the design systems and CMS implementation.
- Take care of all other UX and design/interface tasks that arise during the development of our complex website projects.
- Work closely with the product managers and engineers.
**Requirements**:
- You are a technically skilled designer with a passion for contemporary design, details and typography.
- Extensive experience with the design and technical implementation of design systems.
- You understand the language of frontend developers, work closely with them and are able to challenge them at any time.
- Familiarity with a range of design and prototyping methods and tools, especially Figma.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills, proactive with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
**Nice to have**:
- Completed Vocational Training as a Media Designer, Degree in Communication Design, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, e. g. Scrum, Kanban.
