**Your Role**:
At Döhler Group, we are committed to sustainability and driving positive change in the Food and Beverage Industry. We recognize the importance of transparent and impactful sustainability reporting and are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sustainability Reporting Controller to join our team in Darmstadt.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in further enhancing our sustainability efforts by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our sustainability reporting framework.

**Your Tasks**:

- Enhance and strengthen the implementation of Döhler’s sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect, analyse, and report sustainability data from Döhler legal entities globally, including energy consumption, water usage, greenhouse gas emissions, waste management, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement sustainability reporting processes, including data collection, data management, and data analysis within a SAP-based data ecosystem
- Manage the development and implementation of sustainability goals and targets, including tracking progress towards these goals in collaboration with the global sustainability team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of sustainability reporting
- Prepare and deliver sustainability reports to internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, investors, customers and sustainability ratings (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP)
- Analyse sustainability data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk
- Ensure that Döhler’s sustainability reporting is aligned with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards like the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Accounting & Reporting standard, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and support the identification and management of sustainability risks
- Participate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across the organization

**Your Profile**:

- A strong desire to work towards a Sustainable future for the world
- A basic understanding of sustainability reporting framework OR a desire to learn and familiarise yourself on these concepts
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in controlling & business partnering ideally in a manufacturing set up
- Good knowledge of SAP Software solutions
- A master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, or sustainability
- Strong communication skills to engage with Key stakeholders (internal & external)
- Excellent command of English, German is a plus
