**Aufgabengebiet**:

- Betreuung und Beratung internationaler Kunden im Tagesgeschäft
- Erfassung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Sendungen in enger Abstimmung mit Lager, Zoll und Transportpartnern
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Sonderfällen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
- Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Daten im System
- Proaktive Kommunikation bei Abweichungen und Störungen im Transportprozess

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Groß- und Außenhandel
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service oder Logistik von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit ERP- oder TMS-Systemen wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Teamgeist, Stressresistenz und ein lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh-/Spätschicht im Wechsel)
