**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our Customer Service team, based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany. Reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Supervisor, the Customer Service Rep will enter customer sales orders accurately and timely, provide date management, update quotes, and assist the Customer Service Specialists at needed.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Interpret incoming customer purchase orders to accurately and timely process and approve in our Optical Character Recognition system (ESKER) and book sales orders into our ERP system (Oracle)
- Send customers sales order acknowledgements and maintain accurate contact information in our ERP system
- Work collaboratively with supply chain, product management and sales to provide customers with accurate dates throughout the order cycle
- Enter customer complaints into Microsoft CRM system
- Creation and updating of quotations for order entry process
- Expediting product for urgent customer orders utilizing our CRM system
- May conduct other customer service duties as necessary

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within customer service/ data entry
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Essentioal: Fluent in German and English, written and spoken. Level B2 or higher
- Highly detail-oriented

**Travel**: May include up to 5%
