About ViCentra ViCentra is an innovative medical device company based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. ViCentra focuses on the research and development, manufacturing and commercialization of a ground-breaking device for the management of diabetes. Kaleido, one of the the smallest and one of the lightest insulin pump system currently available, is designed to help people with diabetes live life on their own terms: - "For us, super accurate insulin delivery and improved control are non-negotiables, but discretion, simplicity and choice is our way of helping you live life in your own way"._ Driven by ViCentra's desire to be meaningfully different, Kaleido aims to reduce the impact that diabetes can have on daily life. Utilizing Bluetooth wireless technology, Kaleido infuses colour and choice into the market, networking its hybrid patch pumps and handsets into a broader family of easy-to-use products and data services to create a customer-focused, integrated diabetes support service. With CE mark, in-house software development and manufacturing, ViCentra is setting its sights on expanding insulin pump usage by appealing to both first time and experienced insulin pump users in the Netherlands. At the same time, we are preparing for FDA approval expansion into additional territories and establishing partnerships in digitalization and connectivity. Funded by the venture capitalists LSP, INKEF, Invest-NL, Partners in Equity, and Health Innovations, ViCentra currently employs over 100 people from over 30 different nationalities. The position We are seeking a marketing Coordinator Germany (Germany based) to join our rapidly growing medical device manufacturing organization. As a scale-up company, we are in the process of establishing an insulin therapy footprint in Germany. As a marketing Coordinator you will ensure ViCentra’s product strategy is met by supporting development and implementing effective product marketing strategies which communicate the features and benefits of ViCentra’s product(s) to customers, personify brand values, and facilitate the legal and regulatory controls required of medical devices. Join our vibrant organization and be the ‘voice of the customer’ within the Company, providing research and insights on customers and markets. - Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_ - Support product marketing strategies and programs to effectively capture a place in the minds of our target audience. - Sales enablement - communicate the vision, value and position of products to the sales team and develop sales tools that supports the selling process. - Support to execute product marketing strategy and deliver activities - press releases, promotional presentations, and marketing materials such as website and blog posts, videos, media content, case studies, and whitepapers. - Market intelligence - input for global marketing strategy understand customers and their buying criteria; obtaining insights into customers’ usage of product(s), untapped opportunities and buyer personas, for product updates, features and new product development. - Competitive intelligence - possess expert knowledge of competitor party products and translate this knowledge into the product marketing strategy. - Work with key Stakeholders on defining product features, and managing trade-offs involving features, schedule, cost price, and lifecycle management. - Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management, engineering or manufacturing departments. - Plan meetings and trade shows (focus on Germany) by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. - Online Marketing planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEA, E-Mail, social media, agency management. - Speak and present about the product(s) to external and internal audiences. - Prepare marketing reports, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and communicating findings to key Stakeholders. - Support & co-ordinate Stakeholder engagement activities. - Propose and keep within a budget for events, marketing campaigns, etc. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications. - Accomplishes goals by accepting ownership; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Ensuring work is undertaken within defined timescales. - All work to be undertaken and completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Working independently with mínimal supervision as well as ability to work closely with the marketing team. - Continuously professional towards customers and stakeholders - Education/Experience:_ - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field - Germany based - Native German speaker - Willing to travel once every 2 weeks to Utrecht to establish relationships with other teams - 5+ years product marketing/ prod
