**Administration & Finance Coordinator (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Reisekostenadministration (HRworks)
- Zeiterfassungsadministration (Atoss)
- Fuhrparkverwaltung
- Reklamationsmanagement
- Office Management
- Vorbereitende Finanzbuchhaltung
- Unterstützung im Sales Controlling (Reporting, Administration)
**Ihr Profil**:
- Kaufmännische Kenntnisse (Ausbildung)
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, idealerweise Reisekostenabrechnungs
- sowie Zeiterfassungssoftware)
- Zahlenaffinität
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
