**Franchise Operations Lead Germany (m/w/d)**

**Responsibilities**:
Hauptzweck:

- Lead beverages bottler agenda and relationship for Horeca and Gam returnable business
- Define GTM strategy and requirements for renturnable business
- Identify and articulate market growth opportunities
- Support & engage with Bottler to develop a strong AFH Category vision for our segments
- Engage with & feed Bottler to develop, prioritize & execute the aligned commercial plans for AFH Germany
- GAM: review, build and execute GAM strategy through RG team
- Indirect coordinate 125 mixed RG SDR and 10 dedicated hunters (with-in RG structure) as well as Key account team
- Lead and develop a team of around 2 people

Qualifications:
Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen:

- Min. 10 years of experience in in Sales/Marketing roles within FMCG blue chip companies
- University degree: economics or equal faculties or commercial eduction
- Strong ability to engage, mobilize and inspire people
- FMCG Knowledge, knowing the customer landscape & category dynamics
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills as the role requires extensive internal and external interaction
- Ability to work independently with complex projects with input from various number of people/functions
- Very good strategic thinking & analytical skills
- Good negotiation skills & commercial savviness

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Lead the agenda and relationship with beverage bottlers for the Horeca and GAM returnable business.
- Define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and requirements for the returnable business.
- Identify and articulate market growth opportunities.
- Support and engage with the bottler to develop a strong Away-from-Home (AFH) category vision for key segments.
- Collaborate with and guide the bottler in developing, prioritizing, and executing aligned commercial plans for AFH Germany.
- GAM: Review, build, and execute the GAM strategy through the Regional Group (RG) team.
- Indirectly coordinate 125 mixed RG Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and 10 dedicated hunters (within the RG structure), as well as the Key Account team.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 2 people.

Qualifikationen:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing roles within FMCG blue-chip companies.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, or commercial education.
- Strong ability to engage, mobilize, and inspire people.
- In-depth FMCG knowledge, including understanding customer landscapes and category dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage extensive internal and external interactions.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex projects, integrating input from multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Solid negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
