For our team in Neu-Isenburg we are looking for a

**Media & TCP Lead DACH (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**

**THE ROLE**:

- Develop multi-year integrated TCP strategies in total Northern Europe and campaigns in DACH, taking full responsibility in reporting to NE Media & TCP Lead
- Leading Media & TCP Team in MU in DACH with strong cooperation with Northern Europe structure
- Foster and lead relevant media partner relationships (i.e. direct negotiations with TV stations, Publisher, Out-of-Home Networks, local JBP development with digital vendors), linking up closely with other PepsiCo Business Units and media agencies to unlock added values
- Deliver DACH productivity targets with company methodology, enhanced with local initiatives
- Encourage Business Unit categories to think holistically when developing marketing communications by continually communicating a consistent vision and strategy, showcasing opportunities, plans and results
- Partner with Marketeers providing guidance, guardrails and strategies to build media plans and market defining clear critical metrics
- Lead and steer the media agency set-up in DACH, including resource allocation, contractual negotiations and bonus assessment
- Partner with agencies and media partnership teams to drive scale across Total Connections Planning for PepsiCo’s brands
- Share best practices and new findings across the categories. Lead T&L program
- Partner with local Consumer Insights team to create a common measurement approach including scorecards and tools for return on investment. Lead PepsiCo’s ROI Engine delivery in the area of Media efficiency and effectiveness

**Qualifications**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 10+ years proven work expertise in Media/Connections/Digital Strategy, Planning and Operations or similar activities, preferably in CPG vertical and/or at Media Agency
- Fluent German and English language skills necessary
- Extensive experience in integrated media/connections strategy and planning to build brands
- Extensive experience in media operations, media productivity and buying, contract and deal negotiations with vendors
- Excellent leadership
- and people development skills
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Excellent communications skills to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders through compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and implementation of structured ways of working in a fast changing environment
